Momentas, Inc. is a luxury construction company based in New York City, dedicated to exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Momentas approaches both complex, large-scale, full renovations and exquisite custom details and finishes with expertise, passion, and pride.

Founded in 2012, Momentas specializes in high-end residential and select commercial projects, working closely with architects, designers, and clients to create some of the city’s most extraordinary and refined homes and businesses. We have a team of highly experienced professionals under one roof, including our own in-house millwork staff.

Recent projects include the full renovation of an Upper East Side townhouse which required historic facade restoration, window replacement, new elevator installation, and foundation expansion. Momentas also recently completed multiple Park Avenue apartment renovations, working in pristine finished spaces to bring in all new kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and custom lighting for renowned art collections.
