I'm kind of mortified to admit that I have this

as a entire room.

Like I'm going to be honest.

It's a little bit, it's like really Emma.

Yes.

[Taylor] This is my closet.

This is my closet.

And I feel like I'm the luckiest girl

in the world when I'm in here.

[Justina laughs]

I never had this growing up,

so it was just a storm in my closet.

Welcome to our closet.

The big side is white side. [laughs]

That little alcove over there is his.

[bright upbeat music]

Now this is my walk-in men's closet.

We took two bedrooms and turned it into my closet,

and I've got everything in here.

It's kind of like a historical artifact.

Every shopping trip I've ever gone on,

even little Johns are documented right here

in this very room.

It's very emotional for me to be in here,

because, Oh, I remember I wore that on the episode where,

or Oh, right, I bought that,

this little boutique in France.

It is one of my favorite places,

because I love color, and I love clothes.

So having this two bedrooms turned into one closet

is just perfection.

So much storage space, so many textures and colors.

It just makes me happy.

And listen, if you're gonna be on this planet,

why not be happy?

Why not live in a place that makes you happy?

And that's what this place does.

Now this piece in particular is special,

because it's a sewing box,

and it was owned by the one and only, Ann-Margret,

which is pretty special.

Now this centerpiece,

this island is covered in black Agatha,

which is a Brazilian stone, and it's huge.

One piece of black Agatha.

She sounds familiar. [laughing]

I think I know her. [laughs]

[bright upbeat music]

So we're in my dressing room.

I live alone, so I had some extra bedrooms to play with.

And one thing that was kind of a dream of mine

was to have sort of a dressing room,

where I can get my hair and makeup done,

I can, you know, accessorize my outfits.

I'm kind of mortified to admit that I have this

as a entire room.

Like I'm going to be honest.

It's a little bit, it's like really Emma.

Yes.

But see, like if I live in this house when I'm older,

and I have a child, we're getting rid of this,

and we're putting a kid in here.

You know what I'm saying?

So it's like I'm thinking about the future,

but for right now, it's time to be selfish.

I love sweater vests.

I mean, I especially take inspiration

from people in their 60s.

Like they're a really good source of inspiration.

Like a cool grandpa wearing a vest

with like a cool shirt under it, chic.

This is an Ultrafragola mirror.

It was just on the bucket list, and I love it.

I mean, it's super fun.

I like, again, this is like another example

of taking something that normally

I'd buy a boring version of, like a mirror, right?

And trying to make it add to the space.

[bright upbeat music]

So here's the vanity, I keep my makeup in here.

I actually don't do my makeup here very often.

I more do my nails.

I love painting my own nails.

Oh, I have to show you my gel kit.

Wait, look at my nail drawer.

Like this is how much I love doing my own nails

to a point where like, I have this thing,

you know, when you're like at the salon.

[bright upbeat music]

All right, guys, we're in my closet.

Now, a lot of you might not know this,

but depending on what I'm wearing,

they actually change the color of the carpet

and all of the cabinets every day.

So I happen to be wearing pink today.

So we went with the pink room.

I honestly spend so much time in here.

People come in here and we kind of just like

will drink and hang out, 'cause it's the softest carpet.

Put your feet on, you feel it?

Yeah, it's a soft carpet.

My stylist happens to be my friend since I was 13 years old.

So her name's Chloe.

She actually made this entire thing I'm wearing right now,

and out of like old bedsheets from France.

Look, I'm not afraid to wear a heel.

This is a beautiful heel.

Like I wanna be dainty sometimes,

and I could use the extra inches.

I'm very small.

I like these.

Look at these.

Ooh, are you kidding me?

Nice little.

I almost don't want to touch them.

You could lick the bottom.

[bright music]

You see what I love about the dressing room

is that you have so much space,

and we have so many items of clothing and shoes.

I'd never had this growing up,

so it was just a storm in my closet.

[Suleika laughs]

It was just everything everywhere.

And you know, I organized it as best I could.

But you know, this is an incredible experience to have this,

you know, this is truly a gift.

So when we first moved in,

Jon said he wanted a piano in every single room,

and we did our very best.

So we've got this tiny little instrument.

What's it called again, Jon?

[Jon] It's a celeste.

[Suleika] And our theme for the year

was family and freedom.

So that's what's on there.

[gentle piano music]

[upbeat music]

So welcome to our closet.

Teddy and I share a closet,

except the big side is my side. [laughs]

And that little alcove over there is his.

So I have a lot of amazing pieces

that I've collected over the years.

Some of them have been gifts from designers,

and some of them I bought vintage, 'cause I love vintage.

So this was from, gosh,

I think this is only like two or three months ago.

And I went with Saint Laurent,

and this is a Saint Laurent piece by Anthony Vaccarello.

So I wore this crazy sexy body suit,

and this big fluffy green neon feathered coat.

This incredible Prada piece, skirt and top,

is from the mid '90s.

I wore this actually in a campaign shop by Glen Luchford.

So beautiful, and it's totally an iconic campaign.

I love men's suits and I love tuxedos.

I just think they're super classic.

And I have this incredible handmade bespoke Tom Ford tuxedo

that he made for me for a gift

for doing his very first fashion show in New York.

And here's my name.

This suit is super sexy.

Love this tuxedo.

[bright upbeat music]

Let's probably get to make some people jealous.

We got it all sectioned out, leather jacket collection.

You know, we got the blazers down here, suits, jackets.

Dress shoes here, boots, creepers.

But then the sneakers is where I really just get the stunt.

Sneakers, sneakers, sneakers, sneakers.

The Air Mags Back to the Future.

This is my holy grail in terms of sneakers.

It's the Nike SB Pigeons.

Crazy controversy over when these were released.

The irony is I'm actually totally afraid of pigeons.

I have a weird phobia of birds.

But for some reason this shoe,

I just felt like is the most beautifully designed,

and then all the lore behind it and how rare it is.

That's a pair that makes people upset.

From the Bay Area, so when it comes to hats,

you'll usually always see me in a A's hat or a Giant's hat.

When I redid the house,

it kind of started with the idea of this room.

This was originally a bedroom that we knocked down a wall

connected to my bedroom.

It is crazy to think that I turned a whole bedroom

in my house into a closet, and it's still overflowing.

Like I almost need a whole another bedroom

just for shoes or something like that.

Or I just need to stop buying stuff.

[upbeat music]

Okay, here we are.

This is my closet.

This whole room is dedicated to my clothes.

Growing up I had to share a room with my little sister.

I love you, Mackinley.

But it was very hard,

because she was always stealing my clothes,

I was always stealing her clothes,

and I didn't really have a space that was my own.

When I bought this house,

I really wanted to create something that was mine,

and somewhere where I could just come

and be my weird organized self.

I color coordinate my clothes and put them in order.

I like to see everything.

I kind of wanted it to feel like a store,

like I could come in and kind of shop in own closet.

There's a lot more pink, it's a little bit more girly,

because the log cabin can feel quite masculine all the time.

I really wanted to create just a couple of little spaces

where I can go that were just a little bit more girly,

and fun, and colorful, and bright.

I found this stained glass.

I thought it would be a cool idea

to hang them in the window,

so it kind of blocked people from looking in,

but also did something kind of beautiful

and didn't block a lot of light from coming in,

'cause I still wanted it to feel really bright in here.

I just quickly wanted to show you guys,

this fun little corner here, I have my denim bar set up.

I love jeans so much.

I collect vintage jeans.

And I just really wanted to dedicate a space

where they could all just hang so beautifully.

So I can see, you know, I just like to look at it.

It's very nice and it's all cohesive.

And I love jeans.

[bright upbeat music]

This is my closet and it feels like a tree house.

And I feel like I'm the luckiest girl in the world

when I'm in here.

[Justina laughs]

This is the first time I've had a space like this.

I heard someone the other day call it a dressing room,

and I was like, What? Do I have a dressing room?

But it's just so fun to be able to have a place

to hold on my things that I've been collecting for years.

And it's just fun to have a place that feels very chic

and elevated to put them all.

California Closets built this closet for me.

And the wallpaper is not my design,

but we do carry it at Jungalow.

It is very Jungalicious.

I really wanted to bring that kind of like

Beverly Hills Hotel energy into this space.

I wanted this to be my glam moment.

And my husband has his own closet in the bedroom.

This one is all mine. [giggles]

[upbeat music]

I collect shoes, because I wear shoes,

to be honest with you.

I don't collect them to just let them sit.

I collect them to wear them.

I'm an active collector.

And wine, I collect to drink.

And sneakers, I collect is to wear.

And clothes, I collect to wear.

This is my first signature shoe of all time.

So this is what?

What kicked it off?

[shoe thudding]

And I just want to be clear,

I was the first Jordan brand signature athlete ever.

The first.

I was just excited to have my own signature shoe

with a Jordan brand of a brand like that.

And then we actually made a great shoe.

So I'll always be grateful for this sneaker right here.

So these Jordans right here.

My son actually designed these or created these.

So these are his, as you can see, Kiyan.

And this is called the What The Kiyan.

Instead of what?

What The Kiyan.

My first pair of Jordans, I didn't get until my senior year

in high school at Oak Hill.

And that was only because

they was a Jordan sponsored school team.

And that was my first pair of Jordans.

So now going from that to being the first signature athlete

at a Jordan brand after never being able to have a pair.

It's full circle.

[bright upbeat music]
